Registration
When you first order, you must register using the bot and enter all the necessary data. The data can be corrected at each stage. Subsequent orders do not require registration.
Order assembly
To add fabric to your basket, you must click the "order" button at the bottom of the corresponding position and follow the actions of the bot. Thus, you collect fabrics in your order, check, make adjustments if necessary. At each stage there is a direct connection with our manager through the "ask a question" button
Payment and delivery
After checking and confirming the order, the bot will prompt you to proceed to payment. Follow the instructions of the bot or contact the manager via the "ask a question" button

Collection of information
To effectively search for fabrics for your project, we need information on the type of fabrics, shades, density and purpose. It is desirable to send a photo of products for understanding the context.
Search
We request information on fabrics from our Italian partners, take high-quality photos and videos with the correct color reproduction on the spot and send it to you.
Checkout
The selected fabrics are issued on the invoice and after verification, you can proceed to payment. After payment, the warehouse prepares the order for shipment within a week. Delivery and customs clearance is paid separately.
TERMS OF COOPERATION
MINIMUM VOLUME
The minimum cut is set depending on the warehouse. On average, from 3m, but it is better to contact us separately for the selected positions, perhaps the footage can be adjusted.
The main condition from for all warehouses is an integer number of meters, the halves are not cut off.
DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out by international carriers who take care of the complex for transportation and customs clearance.
Shipment within Europe and other countries of the world is carried out by your preferred couriers.
PAYMENT
Payment is made to warehouses in Italy using the link by UNIONPAY card, by international transfer (SWIFT), by your card (you can transfer a plastic card to St. Petersburg) and we will pay it to the supplier.
Our Evropean clients can puy MASTERCARD, VISA and another way.

Reservation of the positions you like is possible only with a mandatory prepayment.
Sending the goods is carried out only with 100% payment.
